“from the mixed up files of mrs. basil e. frankweiler” by e.l. konigsburg

Claudia was a well behaved, well organized and well planed 5th grader, who is furious with her parents and decides  to run away. she didn’t want to run away to some place dirty or un-comfortable she wanted to go to a clean, comfy, cozy place,so she decided that she would go to the metropolitian museum of art in new york city.she figured the she wouldent have enough money . . . she would invite her brother james!she wanted to invite him for his accompany but mostly for his money.

this book is a wonderful, entertaining and adventures story including Michelangelo and the mystery behind his intriguing art at work. i would recommend this to anybody who has considered running away or whom seeks adventure, mystery, and happy endings.

  1. Well constructed, Ella. You make me want to read this book again. If you’re interested in keeping the “centered” alignment, you may consider re-editing so that your punctuation does not have a space on either side (periods and commas should only have spaces after them).
